Balarishta is an ayurvedic syrup whose main
ingredient is a potent ayurvedic herb called “Bala”. Other ingredients are “Ashwagandha”,
“Gokhru”, “Cloves” and old “Jaggery”. These ayurvedic herbs gives strength to
the muscles, bones and nerves.
Ayurveda has

with equal amount of water after morning and evening meals. Can be taken three
